About ACI Automation & Control

Automation and Control, LLC (ACI) was founded in 1995 by Ron Iannacone, who had a simple but powerful philosophy: take great care of customers and employees. From the beginning, ACI was built on the belief that if you do right by the people you serve and the people you work with, the business will grow the right way. That mindset still defines how we operate today.

Starting in a 1,000-square-foot building in Berlin, New Jersey, Ron was soon joined by Randy Berry and Mark Eissler, who together set out to become a leading control systems integrator while also building UL control panels. Soon after, Ty Jacobs joined the team and ACI expanded into industrial electrical construction, adding the licensed field capability needed to support customers more fully. By 2010, ACI had grown to 25 employees and moved into a 16,000-square-foot building at 1491 Lancer Drive in Moorestown, NJ, which remains ACI's headquarters. As the company grew, so did its reputation for doing high-quality work, consistently standing behind commitments, and building long-term relationships. That commitment to excellence continues to define the ACI team.
